HIERARCHICAL LEVELS OF THE POSITIONS
According to the general nature of the functions and the requirements for their performance, the Entity's positions are classified in the following hierarchical levels:
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT LEVEL
These are senior management positions that perform the functions of formulating and proposing institutional policies, plans, programs and projects.
SATF ADVISORY LEVEL
This groups the positions whose functions consist of assisting, proposing and advising the Executive Management Level and technical direction.
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT LEVEL
It comprises the positions of the sub-direction, evaluates and performs control of the internal dependencies, in charge of executing and developing the policies, plans, programs and projects.
It groups the positions whose nature demands the execution and application of the knowledge of any professional career recognized by law. Additionally and according to the complexity and requirements demanded by the position, it may be assigned coordination, supervision and/or control functions of internal units.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT LEVEL
Includes positions whose functions require the development of processes and procedures in professional technical and support work. Additionally, and according to the complexity and requirements of the position, may be assigned management functions of operational areas.
Includes positions whose functions imply the exercise of support and complementary activities to the tasks of the higher levels or tasks that are characterized by the predominance of manual activities or tasks of simple execution.
