Fair trade

The National Association of Quinoa Producers "ANAPQUI" markets quinoa directly, without intermediaries.

Its main mission is to preserve the traditional system of cultivation of real quinoa and improve the quality of life of farmers in the highlands, using environmentally friendly methods such as ecological management of soil or pests. All of its production is organic; no agrochemicals are used.

It also develops environmentally friendly technologies that seek to practice sustainable agriculture through the development, research and innovation of bio-inputs. This project was conceived thanks to the ideas of our producers, but with the great participation of funds from the fair trade premium.
