Primary production

Our real quinoa comes from small community plots, produced by the hands of producing families, who respect mother earth, communal organization and ancestral knowledge. Where cooperation among all is the daily routine.

To guarantee the quality of the real quinoa there is a strict follow-up of the production process based on local norms and a laboratory analysis before releasing the product for processing, a process that is entrusted to the internal control system of the organization.
