Extruded products line
The extruded products line of ANAPQUI - PLANTA EL ALTO, is a production area whose main purpose is to obtain expanded products by pressure difference based on cereals of all kinds, the products that can be obtained are: snacks, cereals and caramelized products of high nutritional value, the process has an independent area for its operation being the same of continuous cycle. The production capacity of our line is 250 K g/hr., our production line is made entirely of stainless steel which guarantees the obtaining of high quality products.
Bars line
The cereal bars product line of ANAPQUI - PLANTA EL ALTO, is a production area whose main purpose is to obtain nutritious cereal bars based on mixtures of different cereals, legumes and dehydrated fruits, our production line is of continuous cycle, it has a chocolate coating system, and the size of the product is adjustable as requested by our customers. Our production line is made entirely of stainless steel which guarantees the obtaining of high quality products.
Powder line
The powder line of ANAPQUI - PLANTA EL ALTO, is a production area whose main purpose is to obtain products such as flour from different grains, powder mixture for different products and its corresponding packaging. The line has an extruder for the production of pregelatinized flours, mill, powder mixers and its corresponding packaging machine. The entire process has an exclusive area for its operation and does not depend on others for continuous production.
Pasta line
The pasta line of ANAPQUI - PLANTA EL ALTO is a production area whose main purpose is to obtain quinoa pasta. This production line has the versatility to produce short and long pasta in different formats and different presentations; it has a powder mixer, an extruder that shapes the pasta, a pre-drying system and a stationary drying system plus its corresponding packaging machine.
Bakery
The Bakery of ANAPQUI - PLANTA EL ALTO, is a production area whose main purpose is to obtain different products resulting from the mixture of different types of flours and other inputs, within the range of products that our line can develop are breads, cookies, cookies, panteones, cakes and other baked products of excellent quality.
